TalkToMcAlisters.com – The Official McAlister’s Survey
McAlister’s Deli has been in the market for over 30 years, successfully serving its customers deli-style cuisine at reasonable prices. People usually frequent the deli for their delicious sandwiches and lip-smacking desserts and often order their most popular item, the sweet tea, to wash it down. However, since McAlister’s has a huge number of outlets spread across the country, it is not an uncommon occurrence to experience subpar service at some remote location. That is why this amazing chain of fast-casual restaurants has developed the TalkToMcAlisters survey!

As you might know, McAlister’s Deli has several outlets in every part of the US. Taking feedback manually from customers and looking over every little insight offered takes a lot of time. On the other hand, the TalkToMcAlisters website provides an easier and better way for both customers and reviewers to leave and assess feedback respectively.
For such a huge food chain spread throughout the country, it is sometimes difficult for the management to effectively look over every little aspect of their organization. The TalkToMcAlisters survey helps them locate the deficiencies within their outlets better. Thus, they can spend more time in tackling the problems efficiently, giving the customer a more refined experience on their next visit.

About McAlister’s:
Did you know that the first McAlister’s Deli was developed in a renovated gas station at Oxford, Mississippi in 1989? It wasn’t even called McAlister’s back then! This small casual food resto was initially named Checker’s. Don Newcomb, its founder, ran the deli and its other branches that followed for close to 10 years before handing over the reins to his CEO, Michael Stack.
McAlister’s was later acquired by Roark Capital Group before independent franchises started owning individual outlets. The largest and the most popular franchise owner has to be The Saxton Group with more than 65 locations under their belt. Most of their outlets lie in the southern and central parts of the US.Today, McAlister’s as a whole has over 450 outlets in 28 states throughout the country, and the taste of their sandwiches still retains its old flavor. So why not help them grow and improve by taking the survey at their official website, TalkToMcAlisters.com? Get a free cookie for your trouble!

Very VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY SSSLLLLOOOOOWWWW!!! Took forever to get my FOOD!!!! Ordered @ 8:22pm it is now 9:22 pm still waiting 😡🙁😡😡. EVERYTIME I COME IT TAKES FOREVER!!!!
Today, 2/1/22….The food was great! Service was excellent and lobby was clean. The women’s bathroom looks like it hasn’t seen a broom, mop, or cleaning products in a long time! A bathroom should reflect the kitchen! This was my first time at any McAllisters. That bathroom, scary! Eastwood Towne Center, in Lansing, Michigan
3.79 for a Tea, With a 75 cents for flaver. Not Worth it.
Customer service was awful! Girl at the register who took our order was very unprofessional. Restaurant was out of kids cup and she disputed about giving us the regular size cup at the kids price. She then made a point to get a dirty kids cup that was used to hold straws and measured the amount of lemonade to pour into a regular size cup. Then went on to complain that she had a long day and that’s just the way it is when things run out. I understand that there is a shortage of help and the need to hire anyone these days but come on. The fact that no manager came to the front of the restaurant as this was going on is another problem in itself. Pour management and training is clearly a problem here. Sadly we will never visit this location again which is 10 minutes from our house.
Always fresh and delicious and at a fair price
It’s my go to several times a month
My daughter and I met @ McAllister’s for a late lunch last week. 12/8 @2:11 pm.Cashier#3. Location was 100 S Creasy Ln, Lafayette, Indiana. I tried the chicken & dumplings for the first time. It was mostly broth. Maybe 2 very small dumplings & a few pieces of chicken. I paid 3.99 for broth. I drank the majority of it, that’s how much substance it lacked. The cashier was very cranky as well. No smile or greeting. Like she was mad that she had to take my order.
I went to McAllister tonight & got the worst potato soup I have ever had. I bought the bowl of soup to go. I wish I had eaten it there. There might have been 4 potatoes in it. Plus I asked for the carrot cake & they told me they didn’t have any because it was seasonal. Even though it was on your website. I will not be going again. I went to the store at 1061 Pine Plaza Dr Alex NC.
Waited 50 mins never got food or drink
I just visited the McAlister’s on 8120 Camp Creek blvd in Olive Branch Ms. I placed my order at10:51.. 40 minutes passed still no food. I went to spray to the manager on duty and she looked at me and said your order is coming up…. No apology or anything….10 minutes later my order was brought to my table cold… I took it back up to the register and ask to speak to the manager again… she had one of the employees to ask if I wanted my money back instead of talking to me.. I do understand that staffing is short but what I don’t understand is how you just blatantly disregard your customers and their issues with your services..This is totally unacceptable! Can someone please explain this to me?
Very good!
Our server Marcus at store #20047 in The Villages, FL is always amazing! Quick, courteous, and gets our order right every time! Our favorite place for lunch!
Called a McAlister’s 3 times and was hung up on all 3 times.
Then went to the McAlister’s and walked into a filthy restaurant with no customers and 8 people employed by McAlister’s! Tables that had left over food on them, counters were filthy, phone rang twice and no one answered it!
Received our order without our 2 orders of soup, no sauce for our sandwich, missing a sandwich and after we got the missing sandwich, a BLT avocado, the sandwich had lettuce and bacon on it…. Pitiful. Never again. Flowood, MS
Food was great the service was great Sher was very polite
Hello, I’m speaking of your Moline, IL location. About 2 weeks ago my wife and I ordered dine in simple sandwiches and salad at lunch time which it was was busy however it took over 35 minutes to get our food. This is not the first and I feel we are patient people. I’m retired upper management and I see an underlying management issue here.
Very disappointed in the service at Miller lane site. Hi been in there for a long time but tonight was the worst encounter I have ever had. Kaylan was rude, leaning on register, no eye contact or Thank you or smile. Don’t know if this place is under new management or white but they better teach the employees what great customer service looks like. I doubt that I’ll be back at this location I was so very disappointed.
Also while we were eating they blocked off both of the entranceways in and out we had to move chairs to get out of the booth we were sitting in ,you Gotta be kidding. I can’t say anything bad about the food that was good but the service at the front counter was horrible and I was not the only customer that said that there was another lady said she never experienced that in here. And she also had bad customer service and was upset by Kaylan.
Has to be the worst experience I’ve had at a McAlisters in Columbia, SC. I’m all about benefit of the doubt when errors are made. My order was incorrect so I returned to the store with sandwich in hand to have things made right. I spoke with a young lady with dreads at the counter who was super helpful and nice. I noticed a homeless man outside of the store so I requested to keep the wrong sandwich so that I could give it to him when I left, especially being that it would have been thrown away otherwise. She provided my correct order and request to keep the initial sandwich to a older man with glasses in the back. He completely disregarded the request and butchered my now “correct” wrap. As he asked me what was supposed to be on the sandwich – although the young lady provided him with an updated ticket – he was very short and carried a bad disposition the entire time. I still had to send it back twice before it was made as I ordered. It had taken 20 mins for him to remake my half of a wrap and I needed to head back to work as I was on lunch. My heart broke as I seen the homeless man leaving as I was pulling out of the parking lot. Never have I had an experience like this nor to come into contact with someone who doesn’t want to help the less fortunate. I was shocked to say the least.
We got the Country Potato Soup Bowl & the Vegetable Chili Bowl & the soup & crackers were good.
Always a good choice!
We did not visit McAlasters for years because the parking lot always seemed full. Then one day we decided to give it a try because we need a change from our routine eating places. Even though the restaurant seemed crowded, I was able to order take-out and get back in the car within 10 to 15 minutes. We then discovered how good the food was and what a variety they had to offer. It has since become our favorite! I will add that the employees are always friendly and are keeping the place clean when they have time.
Great
I visit McAllisters during lunch time. I am usually in and out in a timely manner. The food is always good.
I enjoy the food and prompt service especially during this time of COVID.
Great
I have enjoyed McAlisters in the past during this pandemic. I feel safe ordering and eating on the patio.
However this week they did not seem to be enforcing the wearing of the mask as posted at the entrance.
There were people ordering not wearing a mask. I don’t feel safe there anymore and probably not be returning
for dine in.
