  2. I find it fairly easy to find things that I am looking for but there are not enough employees to deal with customers. The line to pay is always very long and sometimes it is not worth the wait.

  3. I love shopping at Ross! I go thru all the clothes rack for me and my family. I check out other items such as shoes and household items! The prices were great!

I was at Ross 11/23/2021 Christmas shopping , I try to help by having my clothes off the hangers for them, but I couldn’t figure out how to open the hangers that the 2 throws I was buying came off, and evidently neither could the cashier , cause she just ripped the hanger through the little plastic things that hold the tags on clothes, throws , etc. Well in doing that made holes in the throws pulling the material thru . I didn’t say nothing cause I wasn’t sure it had done that . But I know if I buy new socks and rip them things off, I get holes in my socks. She should have known how to remove the hanger and more so known better than just ripping the hanger thru the plastic things.
