  1. My husband and I went to red lobster in bossier city Louisiana on 4/4/2023 @ 20:35. We will not go back that’s for sure. We asked for a draft beer and the waitress said she had been there for 2 months and the machine hasn’t worked 😳. So then we asked for a margarita and she said they didn’t have any tequila (most popular drink in restaurants wow). Then I asked for a lobster punch and she said we don’t have the berries but can make it without. We over heard another customer ask for Hennessy and his waitress said they didn’t have any—-what the heck. That was the WORSE experience at a restaurant we ever went through.

  3. My wife experienced a lot of problems ordering on line. The order that went to red lobster was forwarded to the restaurant we requested pickup at which was paid for. the order was started after I got there and the manager called to confirm it was paid for.
