Smakaka is a Swedish Cafe hidden among the houses of the Kadekaru Neighborhood of the Gima Area

The owner of the restaurant Anna moved to Kumejima and opened her cafe after remodeling an old house on the island. The menu changes daily and seating is very limited so reservations are suggested. The food is homey and delicious and paired with homemade icecream and cinnamon buns for dessert. Alough mainly a lunch location, she opens for dinner once a week. The owner speaks English and Swedish, and staff are available that speak Japanese.
