  6. I am a very frequent customer at your AVXK location and not once -NOT ONCE! have I not gotten exemplary service from everyone behind the counter. It has been at least 3 years since I have used USPS for any of my packages because FedEx gives me such good service and the employees are wired to provide the very best product and service for the customer. I trust them completely that they understand what is important to me and offer me exactly what I need. They do not try to upsell me or talk me into something that would not be helpful and even sometimes talk me out of things.
    Not just with me, but with other customers, I have seen them, without exception, be polite and patient and taking time to explain or help people come up with the best solutions. They definitely have been taught to be problem solvers. You have hired a very good bunch of people there.
