Unlike many of the other areas on my maps, there isn’t an aza named for Eef. Instead, I’ve named this area for the popular beach that stretches more than two kilometers along Kume’s coast. This area has become one of the main tourist areas due to the many hotels and eating establishments close to the beach.

Eef Beach

Eef is a long stretch of white sand beach protected by outlying coral reef, yet far enough away for surfing and other marine sports.
Nakazato Sports Ground

The Nakazato ground is a large sports area and with adjoining baseball field. It is the home of many town events and practice area for the Rakuten Eagles Spring Camp.
